Galyani Vadhana Village — Chiang Mai, Thailand
In Chiang Mai’s Galyani Vadhana, Khun Saenchai farms Bourbon, Catuai, Typica, and Catimor at 1,200–1,400m. His drying domes ensure consistency, yielding sweet, clean, and complex coffees.
Mae Hor — Mae Hong Son, Thailand
Mae Hor is home to heirloom varieties grown by Karen farmers with true organic care. This washed coffee delivers citrus and red grape notes with a sweet sugarcane finish. It’s a clean, bright, and refreshing cup that’s effortlessly easy to drink every day.
Maneepruek Village — Nan, Thailand
P Keh (Kaleb) and P Saa Jordan, founder of Gem Forest Coffee, was born in Pua, Nan. Though often mistaken as a foreigner, he is proudly Thai and grew up with the Prai community. Since 2005, he has used coffee to build jobs, keep families together, and drive sustainability.
Mae Daet Noi — Chiang Mai, Thailand
Khun Aten, a former graphic designer turned coffee producer, now develops his family’s Lica Coffee Estate. Grown and processed with care at origin, his coffees reflect the area’s character with clarity, balance, and cup stability.
Mae Jan Tai — Chiang Rai, Thailand
Khun Anusorn (Sorn) cultivates Arabica at 1,300–1,500m from Mae Jan Tai in Chiang Rai, surrounded by fruit orchards that enrich the growing environment.
Nampun Village — Nan, Thailand
In the highlands of Nan, small farmers cultivate a newer plot producing bright, layered cups with sweet citrus and floral tones, using slow drying and careful selection to preserve clarity.
Phangkhon — Chiang Rai, Thailand
Husband-and-wife team Khun Kosa (Yao) and Khun Narintip (Pim) manage a family plot in Pangkhon. Arabica at ~1,200m yields a sweet, clean cup with quiet stone fruits.
Mae Suai District — Chiang Rai, Thailand
A family-run farm, roastery and cafe in Chiang Rai, led by Khun Oil and Goh Chaosuwanwilai. Rooted in Doi Chang, it honors communiity, land, and craft.
Maneepruek Village — Nan, Thailand
A third-generation Hmong farm in Maneepruek, Nan, led by Khun Chatchai Saetao and his father from former conflict land to a Cup of Excellence–winning origin in 2025.
El Burro Estate, Boquete — Chiriquí, Panama
El Burro Estate, cultivated by the Lamastus family since 1918, lies inside the protected Volcán Barú National Park, home to rich biodiversity and untouched cloud forests. The cool climate, volcanic soil, and slow maturation of the cherries create a uniquely elegant and distinguished cup.
